New Construction
At Vail All Seasons Roofing getting it right the first time is extremely important. A new construction project requires a lot of communication and coordination with the job site superintendent and other trades that are working on site. In the summer months we are visualizing the roof being covered in 3 to 4 feet of snow. Re-Roofs
Roof replacement is our greatest strength. Many of the cedar shake roofs that were installed here in the 90’s and through the early 2000’s are in poor condition today. Our lack of humidity and extreme temperature fluctuations are unfavorable conditions for a cedar roof to provide longevity. In this area, 15 to 20 years of performance is about all you’ll get from a cedar roof. Synthetic roofing is the most widely used material for replacing cedar shakes. We have extensive knowledge in the field of synthetic roofing. These synthetics are made to simulate natural materials such as cedar shake or slate shingles. We have done work in most of this valley’s communities, we are familiar with DRB and HOA requirements in specific neighborhoods.
